-Oven Roasted Lemon-Garlic Broccoli

-Easy Chocolate Chip Cannoli Cones (Southern Italy that is!)

We will learn some awesome sugar cookie, gingerbread and icing recipes and then learn the secrets to cutting and decorating!  You'll have time to practice your skills!

Parents and Children (5+) will enjoy an interactive menu of making & eating! Come learn some savory party food favorites that are a hit with young and old. We will also have a Hot Chocolate Bar as a sweet finish

  • Mini Pepperoni Pizza Bombs- yep just as good as they sound!
  • Flatbread and Crostini Bar: Customize your own from prosciutto, pepperoni, bacon, a variety of cheeses, asparagus, tomatoes, herbs, preserves, balsamic glaze, caramelized onions, pesto, Ricotta and feta cream cheese spreads.
  • Decorative Cucumber Dill Canapes- fun to cut out and eat
  • Mini Chicken, Cheese, and/or Black Bean Enchilada tarts
  • Create your own Fruit and Cheese skewers
  • Mini Philly cheesesteak sliders- A Culinary U favorite!
  • Layered Hummus Dip with Piita Chips— Choose toppings from: cucumber, celery, carrots, olives, feta, yogurt, pine nuts, roasted red peppers.
