"BACK TO BASICS 4-DAY MINI SUMMER CAMP" CAMP IS FULL
July 23-July 26
  1:00 p.m.-3:00 p.m. each day $125

Sharpen your basic cooking and baking skills during this 4-day mini camp.
Day 1: Make and twist Amish Pretzels and dipping sauces; Learn about and taste a variety of cheeses; Activities and games to explore measuring, recipe reading, proper tasting, and use of kitchen tools.
Day 2: Focus on Knife Skills and learn some fancy cuts.   Explore Vegetable Cookery:, Saute, Simmer, Stir-fry and Garnishing.  Make a Mashed Potato Bar and a Mexican Fajita Bar.
Day 3:  Learn to make Savory Herb Pizza Dough and create deep dish pizza and flatbreads,  including a Strawberry Balsamic Flatbread. Cooking methods trivia and kitchen math.
Day 4:  Breakfast & Brunch: Learn the proper way to crack, separate and prepare eggs (scrambled, boiled, over easy).  Make Cookies & Cream Pancakes, Savory Cheddar Waffles, and Avocado Toast.
