BACK TO BASICS 4 DAY MINI SUMMER CAMP $125
July 23-July 26  10:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. each day
Sharpen your basic cooking and baking skills!
Day 1:  Make Amish Pretzel Knots and dipping sauces; Learn about and taste a variety of Cheeses; Activities and games to explore measuring, recipe reading, proper tasting, and use of kitchen tools.
Day 2:  Focus on Trainer Knife Skills.   Explore Vegetable Cookery: Saute, Simmer, Stir-fry and Garnishing.  Enjoy a Mashed Potato Bar and a Mexican Fajita Bar.
Day 3:  Learn to make Fresh Pizza Dough and create your own pizza with your favorite toppings. Cooking methods trivia and kitchen math.
Day 4:  Breakfast & Brunch: Learn the proper way to crack and prepare eggs (scrambled, boiled, over easy).  Make Cookies & Cream Mini Muffins, Honey French Toast and Avocado Toast.
