Junior Chef Classes (ages 10-15)

Session 2  August 10-13    1:00-3:00 p.m. each day   $125 per student
Class is full but go ahead and register. You'll be placed on the waiting list

Day 1: Potato-Cheddar Pierogis (Poland) & English Berry Trifle (United Kingdom)
Day 2: French Desserts: Crepes Suzette, Meyer Lemon Souffles, Peach Melba
Day 3: Italian Faves: Chicken Mushroom & Parmesan Risotto, Nutella Gelato, Cannoli Cones
Day 4: Apple Strudel (Austria), Beef Ghoulash (Hungary)

Plus tasting challenges and cooking games!   Only 8 students per class.
