Junior Chef Classes 

We offer two public classes per month for various ages in this group during the school year and special programs in the summer. TECHNIQUE TUESDAY: "SEARING & ROASTING"
AGES 12-16   $47 per person
Tuesday, September 17th  5:00-7:00 p.m. 

  • Brined & Seared Pork Chops with Maple Glaze

AGES 10-15   $45 per person
Saturday, October 12th  2:00-4:00 p.m.
*Class is full, but go ahead and register to be placed on the waiting list.

  • Pumpkin Energy Balls
  • Tex Mex Doritos  "Pumpkin" Cheese Balls and Chips

*Learn to prep fresh fruits & veggies, make croutons, homemade salad dressing and a comfort food soup!
