YOUR WAY CUISINE MINI CAMP

SESSION 2:  August 10-13    10:00 a.m.-Noon each day   $125
THIS SESSION IS OPEN!  (8 students required to run the program)

Make your favorite foods, just how you like them!
Day 1: PASTA BAR: We will prepare the pasta and sauces and then students will create their own dishes from rotini, pasta shells, fettuccine, fresh veggies, garlic butter sauce, marinara and creamy alfredo, shrimp, chicken & sausage.

Day 2: TACOS. Make your own Mexican entree from hard and soft taco shells (flour & corn), ground beef, grilled chicken, tilapia, fresh veggies, guac and a variety of salsas and cremas.

Day 3: STIR-FRY CREATIONS: Learn stir-fry methods and create your own recipes using beef, chicken, shrimp, vegetables, aromatics and a variety of asian sauces, fresh herbs and toppings.

Day 4: BREAKFAST & BRUNCH: Learn the proper way to crack and prepare eggs (scrambled, boiled, over easy). Make Honey French Toast and Avocado Toast.

Plus tasting challenges and cooking games!   Only 8 students per class.
