Young Chef Classes (Ages 6-9)

We offer at least one Young Chef public class each month on a Saturday during the school year and special programming in the summer.

SUMMER MINI CAMPS

"KITCHEN SKILLS & CRAFTS"  
Monday, July 22- Thursday, July 25   $169 per person
10:00 a.m.- 12:00 p.m. each day
*Camp is full, but please register to be placed on the wait list

Monday: Knife Skills/Make a Fruit Salad, Napkin Folding/Heart, DIY Recipe Books, Dry Measuring, Make Ice Cream Bread

Tuesday:Cracking Eggs/ Make Scrambled Eggs with Stir-Ins, Napkin Folding/Bow Tie, Beaded Napkin Rings, Liquid Measuring, Whisk/Stir/Fold, Making & Flipping Pancakes

Wednesday: Learning to Read Recipes, Practice with Measuring Spoons/Cups, Using a Juicer/Make Lemonade, DIY Cookie Basket/Make Cookies, Grating Cheese/Make Enchilada Bites

Thursday: Table Settings and DIY Placemats, Practice Grating /Make Zucchini Bread & Garlic Bread Meatball Bombs, Piping and Folding / Make Cookies & Cream Dessert Cups
